A.P.I.R. is a social marketing initiative of Generation A – Team 4 (MIAMI) of the Young Minds Academy – Season 8 in support of the Project AKBAI of Generation A – Team 9 (PARIS). A.P.I.R. which stands for Andam Kit, Pagkaon ug Tubig, Importanteng Papeles, Reserbang Sanina aims to make evacuation planning essential and easily remembered. So, in times of disasters, residents can gather even the basic necessities. The team did a house to house campaign to promote A.P.I.R. and Project AKBAI. After each explanation of what A.P.I.R. is, the team asked beneficiaries if ever they can do an APIR (high five) as a sign that they understood it.
