A PIGEON HILL BREWING COMPANY UPDATE: First things first - Its Friday. We love Fridays and are willing to bet you do too. Come on down and celebrate our love of today with a pint - maybe a Skeeter on My Wheater, or a What Shes Having Shandy. Tomorrow/Saturday: The Muskegon Heritage Village Vintage Garden & Car Show starts at 9am just up the street and we have The Scott Pellegrom Trio- SP3 in the taproom from 8p-11p. Now the long-winded updates! We wanted to let you know what our team has been working on (and will be working on for the next few weeks). A few of the big items: - Between this week and next, we are receiving 100 more kegs. As we continue to ramp up production, this will allow us to (a) fill the 12 taps we have installed and (b) start distributing more beer, with an emphasis on the Muskegon area. Of course, we have to get through bike week first! - Two more 7bbl fermenters will be here soon! There were some delays with shipping, but we expect them to be on the way before long. This will really help with filling those taps and getting our beer into other Muskegon locations. - We were approved for our outdoor seating area, but we had to focus on some improvements in the production room before we could finish that space. Once bike time is over, outdoor seating will be a top priority! - In addition to working hard to put all of our mainstay beers back on tap (and keeping them there) we are planning out some exciting fall seasonal beers; we think you will love them as much as we do! - As always, we want to thank each and every one of you for your support, especially over the last few weeks. While our entire team has lost sleep as we focus on filling our taps again, we also realize that we owe you all a huge thank you for drinking so much of our beer!
