A PP reader writes, I nanny full time for a 14 month old, and he has started hitting in the last month. His mama wants me to start doing time-outs, and I am trying to find alternatives to this, but I cant seem to find any practices for kiddos that are not yet speaking. Do others have any resources or wisdom to share on this? Thank you.
