A PUBLIC SAFETY REMINDER.... If you come to an intersection where the light is out of order, proceed as you would at a 4-way stop sign. Drive up to the intersection and come to a complete stop. Utilize right-of-way for those who arrived to the line before you did. Remember, order first, then courtesy. While it is kind to flag or wave many people across the intersection, it is not proper order and causes back-ups in an already congested situation. Follow the law and use common sense and everyone will cross the intersection safely and hopefully only slightly behind schedule. If anyone does not understand this rule or elects to ignore it because you are more important than everyone else, please feel free to come by and I will gladly explain it to you again upside the back of your head.
