A Palestinian suspect on Friday stabbed two Israeli border policemen in East Jerusalems Old City, a statement said. One officer, 30, was stabbed in the neck and the other, 35, in the hand near the Lions Gate. The suspect fled the are and police are currently investigating the incident. Checkpoints were set up in the Old City and around the area following the attack. The suspect allegedly attacked the officers after leaving morning prayers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
