A Personal Testimony When I retired from d DepEd in Nov. 2012, I felt so happy & contented. After 43 yrs. of fruitful service, I knew then that I will be enjoying d fruits of my toil. But lo! I had goiter that rapidly grew big, rheumatism, so many food allergies, cyst in my left breast(since my teenage), cataract in my left eye, & Stress. Why was I stressed? Since I was already stress free fr d DepEd? I ddnt understand yet then that stress causes so many diseases. No biopsy or operation on my goiter. Definitely no! I was so afraid to undergo operation. Almost everyday my Son brought me to d Dr. who often tells him Your Mom needs to relax, Allen. Take her on vacation like what I did w my Mom when c retired last yr. Bt go on trips when I was so weak, so skinny, BP fluctuating, low appetite? I looked so old & really felt so weak! Huhuhu Dear Lord, ps help me! Ps let me enjoy my retirement.
