A Plan To Counteract Miserable Barstewards on FB I have been nominated by Helen Hutter to say three positive things every day for three days and nominate three people each day to do the same x Challenge accepted! 1) My morning has got off to an awesome start. I ran 5k at Parkrun as fast as I could manage, and although Im not sure if I got a PB, I finally beat TV funnyman Joe Wilkinson! He overtakes me every week on the last lap! I told him afterwards that I didnt care what my time was, but it made my day to beat him for once. He was lovely and laughed and shook my hand, which was also fab :-) 2) For a pretty damn white person, Im getting quite bronzed pins! Yay for living near the beach!! 3) Le Tour begins today and I am mega excited!!! Ive never watched it before but I am really looking forward to getting into it :-) Today I nominate Sarah Groves, Lisa Chevis and Shirley Funnell xxx
