A Prayer for sharing my thoughts with my Heavenly Father Father God I come before you to share my thoughts as you have provided me an assurance that you are always there for me and you always will hear me. Father God I look around me and I see this world in crisis. My friends talk about our government failures and how my America lacks a leadership whom values righteousness. I observe and read the headlines in the magazines glamorizing the notarize lifestyles of our athletically and showbiz admired celebrities. I read the newspapers and question everything; as there is no longer trust in reading a truth from most of the main stream journalists. I listen and I watch the news programs on television; and they report corruption and terror all around the world. Father I do try to share with my family, my friends and others about my Lord Jesus Christ. Father I want to do my part in sharing the Gospel; as someday I know I will stand before you and be accountable. I do have joy Father; as my faith and hope is in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This hope and joy is with me each day; as I know you are alongside of me as my Jesus has provided me a pathway that I might come before you. Father it sorrows me to see my friends, my family members and so many others having only what they see, hear and touch to comfort them in their lives. It appears to me that they have no hope whatsoever in their future. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. Father I pray that the Holy Spirit will use me as a vessel to plant a seed of truth; whereas my words either written or spoken will open a heart or a mind unto another; that they might see what is really the truth in this world. I thank you Father for listening while I have expressed myself. I sense my spirit to be more at peace now after sharing these thoughts with you. My hope and rest is and always will remain in your precious Son, Jesus Christ. As I know that when I share my thoughts with Him I speak to you; as He is a reflection of my Father in heaven who knows my name and knows all about me. Praise the precious name of Jesus.
