A Prayer to Operate in the Gifts of the Spirit, Remember, before you pray, always “Repent”, and make sure you “Mentally” apply the “Armour” of Eph6 & Psa91, cover yourself in the “Precious Blood” of Jesus Christ for “Reinforcement”, and always “Hedge” yourself, in the hedge of “Protection” as a precaution. We fight not against “Flesh and blood” beloved! Pray this in “Faith” on behalf of the saints, family and friends. God bless you. Father I give you the glory and the praise due unto your name, you are an awesome God, and there is nothing and no one that can even compare to your unconditional love. (Ro8:31) Father your word says, “call to me and I will answer you, and I will show you great and mighty things which you know not”, (Jer 33:3) Father I call to you today as I read this prayer, and I ask you for the wisdom, insight revelation, discernment and humility that will set me apart in this world, as your child, and help me to bring your free gift of love to those near and far, helping to facilitate in the salvation of many. Father please empower myself, and my family and friends, with the deep things of the spirit, so that we can effectively minister amongst our own family members, friends, work colleagues or acquaintances for your glory. Father I pray that we would all operate fully in the gifts of the spirit today, just as they did in our beautiful saviour Yeshua (Jesus Christ.) Please give us all a word of wisdom, or a word of knowledge in relation to the skeptics that surround each of us, daily watching to see a demonstration of your spirit, so that they will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are real and desire to have a real relationship with your children. (Ga5:22) Your word says that, “I will pour out my spirit on all flesh, your sons and daughters will prophesy and your old men will dream dreams”. (Joel 2:28) Father, as we are in the time spoken of by the prophet Joel right now, cause us all to start dreaming again, let us prophesy by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, over our lives, our families lives, and the lives of our unsaved brothers and sisters or anyone else who may need a word of encouragement or direction. Father please also give us the courage and boldness that we need to do your will and step out, in order to potentially water any seeds that you have already sown in the people around us. Father let none of us cast our pearls amongst swine, or return to the dog’s vomit. (Ma7:6) Please give us a deeper spiritual discernment to know who is really ready to receive the gospel and who is not, give us an inner witness and unction to speak to their spirit man in new ways, in order for more souls to be added to the kingdom and more seeds to be planted along the way. (1Co9:22) Father please strengthen our voices, and reinforce us through the word, so that we can stand flat footed and preach the gospel in season and out of season, regardless of any situation, or any rejection or circumstances that we may face as we stand to deliver your word. Let us all be sensitive to the subtle opportunities that may present themselves daily, on our normal routines, on route to work or church, on public transport, among our friends, family or perfect strangers, so we are ready, waiting and prepared to share your glorious word, in the anticipation that through our unique gifting it will spark the interest of the lost, or the backslidden and they will be saved and restored. Father I also pray that you would help us to bring every thought captive into the obedience of Christ, (2Co10:5) and I reject any thoughts that the enemy would try to send to our way to discourage us, and I cancel every assignment against our minds, or the minds of our family and friends In Yeshua’s name. Father I please ask you to empower us every step of the way today, please keep us focused on your agenda of winning souls in this hour! I thank you for everything, and I bless you for your divine inspirations, revelation knowledge, wisdom and power, and I pray this prayer to you in the mighty name of the precious Savior Yeshua, Amen.
