A Quick Update: Online encoding/enrollment Process: Good for October 28 - November 7, 2013 ONLY Please follow the Schedule. 1. Log in to umak.edu.ph/olea make sure your password is correct. 2. Encode your preferred schedule (*for irregular students, choose the block section first then edit the subject you want to enroll in another section or college) 3. Review your chosen schedule to avoid errors and change of matriculation before saving and submitting it. 4. print you advising slip for ON -SITE Payments of Token and Miscellaneous Fees. 5. ONLY the students SCHEDULED for the CERTAIN DATE (e.g. October 29, 2013) of payments will be entertain by the Accounting, Cash, and Registrar Offices. Failure to pay on your scheduled date will opt to payments ONLY on NOVEMBER 7 and 8 2013. 6. After payments proceed to printing of C.O.R. Reminder: During online encoding the system will only accept 1000 LOG INs per day. If there will be an error appeared on the site please RETRY and LOG IN after 5 MINUTES, if error continues then it means it exceed the number required for the day. We will see to it that all of the students scheduled for the certain date will be accommodated.
