A RARE COACH INDEED! There are coaches and there are coaches! And indeed, there are different leadership style! Who among the world top coaches to have featured in the EPL - be it Ferguson, Wenger, Van Gaal or whoever you may mention, can afford to be challenged by a member of his team to pour a bucket of iced water over his head, and still hope to maintain top discipline, focus and respect from his players? Look at the way, Mourhino names Dieder Drogba among his friend...and gets his backroom staff to poor a bucket of water over his head! Doesnt this humility and simplicity remind one of the kind of relationship Jesus had with His disciples? When some of us express love and belief in Mourhino as a coach it goes beyond the theatrics; the press interviews and boils down to his transparent personality, genuine humility and love for his team and players. Mourhino is human, they all are; but he who does not play superfluous or pretentious! For once, forget about the team you support, and give it to this man.
