So,put your spirit first,the more spirit-couscious you are,the more the you obey the leadings of the Holy Spirit. Remind yourself of this reality,say it out loud if necessary- I am a spirit,with a soul and live in a body. May everything within me and outside of me work together in the obedience to Christ,amen.
