A Restaurant Manager is needed for a Fine/casual Restaurant located in Dubai, Jumeriah. (Preferably South African, European, Australian, American) You’re an F&B Professionals that has passion & expertise in all areas of hospitality. You fully understand the F&B industry from pre-opening right to operating systems of F&B outlets. You thrive on creating value for your brand as well as empowering our people to make meaningful growth in their personal & professional lives. You are a detail oriented person, with high integrity, dignity for all work & genuine interest in serving the needs of others. You have experience of at least 4 years in a Management Position with excellent references. You have good knowledge of Fine Cuisine & able to handle & serve High Net worth Clientele. The candidate, in brief, would need to: • Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. • Train FOTH staff as well as handle Restaurants Marketing efforts. • Work hand in hand with Head Chef to create a Value experience for clientele.
