This Mediterranean revival masterpiece was built in 1925 and designed by Floridas first registered architect, Walter DeGarmo, responsible for many of Palm Beach, Coral Gables & Miami Beachs most significant buildings...to be replaced with an inferior, unimaginative, overbuilt, out of scale structure - HOW SAD for our community. WHY purchase an architectural jewel, to tear it down? We must all embrace our communities HISTORY, LEGACY and our PLACE in it - NOT erase and demolish it for the sake of profit and ego. From the DAY you move to South Florida, YOU are a part of IT, its story, its memories, and RESPONSIBLE for its preservation and protection for today, and future generations. THAT is what makes cities -GREAT!
