A SHORT CUT TO GETTING A SIGN “My fiancé Dave was killed in 2001. It was a very sad and chaotic time in my life. I found myself crying, TALKING TO HIM, and telling him I hoped his eternity was in heaven. All of a sudden I knew I was TALKING to the WRONG PERSON. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN pouring my heart out to GOD. I started praying, ASKING for some kind of a SIGN that Dave was OK. Almost immediately, I heard a CRASH. Three of my kids and I all burst out of our rooms trying to figure out what the noise was! The spring loaded shower curtain rod had fallen to the floor in our bathroom. Now, let me tell you, it was almost impossible to put back up. I tried to make sense of it, 2nd guessing and such, but I think we can agree ... it was a GOD wink!” Anonymous ••••• When YOU ask for a SIGN, you’re actually looking for REASSURANCE that God is listening to you. That He acknowledges you. That you MATTER. Why not just pray for a GODWINK. That’s answered prayer! Wishes for godwinks. SQuire
