A SHOW NOT TO BE MISSED; ABRAHAM AND THE GROOVE AT THE CASTLE FRIDAY MAY 23 FROM 8-11PM LETS DANCE Abraham and the Groove played at the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock New York. They received a positive revue and a strong following. The crowd enjoyed the music and danced the night away. Born and raised in Cleveland, Abraham Dennis was 15 when he formed his first group, The O’Jestics, which would later be asked to open up for The O’Jays. After serving in the Army, he joined a group called Spit Fire and spent six years touring around Europe. Dennis received his most acclaim touring Austria with a popular Swiss group, Jo Geilo & The Heartbreakers, performing at arena, festivals and on Swiss television. His resume also includes recording vocals for such artists as Snoop Dog and Coolio. Dennis returned to the United States in 2009 and recently formed his current band. The group Features Nathan Cervoni on keyboard, Michael Coletti on bass, Tony Parker on drums, Kevin O’Toole on guitar and Peter Martin on percussion.
