A SIMPLE CONNECTION MEDITATION 1 Begin by taking a few deep breaths 2 Stand up straight, feet shoulder width apart, and bring your hands together with palms touching in the centre of the chest aligned with the heart chakra 3 Take several deep breaths and allow your body to relax. Be aware of the weight of your body and your feet on the floor. Make sure it is evenly balanced out and allow your knees to relax so that there is no tension in your body and your energy is flowing smoothly 4 On an in-breath, raise your arms (palms still together) above your head. Lean back slightly to stretch your spine and look upwards towards your hands. Connect to the Light 5 On the out breath bring the Light into your body, bend forwards from the hips, with the intention of touching the floor with your hands or finger tips (bend your knees if you have to) and connect with mother earth 6 Breath in and bring the energy of the Earth up. Stand up straight again and open your arms outwards - imagine you are embracing the world. Fill your entire being with the Light from above, and the energy of Earth 7 Stay in this energy as long as you like, feel the blessings and magic flowing into you, bringing nourishment to every cell in your body 8 With your thought, send these energies out and around your body forming a sphere 9 When you are ready lower your arms while breathing out 10 Be still for few minutes and feel the energy. Think of that which you are Grateful for, bring in the vibration, the feeling, of Gratitude to raise your vibration. BE PEACE Namaste
