A SMILE In my humble and not very intellectual way I feel that among the masses what is missing is a smile The worlds civilisation can be unpleasant I know But if you give one , you could get one back But with strong determination to be kind and affectionate Complex cultural human beings might change With our behaviour being friendly and warm hearted One person at a time , it might make that difference To improve anothers day , if only for a while Oh I know my glass is half full That theres bad tempered people out there There are those who are suffering and worse But I believe in the ultimate goodness of man Its nice to be nice We all have enough to frown about when were down But it costs nothing A SMILE Written by Fiona McCloskey
