A SOLUTION TO VA MESS: I heard that English guy that fills in for Rush Limbaugh pose a good solution to the VA Administration mess. He said why not eliminate all the VA hospitals and instead issue a Medical Card to all veterans that would be honored at any hospital or doctor of their choosing. We would save millions on the lousy VA program, and could channel that money into veterans healthcare. They deserve to be cared for. The card would not cover family members, just the veteran. Family would have to purchase their own coverage. Of course, families are not covered now at VA Hospitals either.
