A SPECIAL THANKS TO THE PEOPLE WHO CAME YESTERDAY! WE MANAGED TO VIST 2 PLACES YESTERDAY! FIRST VISIT: Everyone met in the parking lot of Lulu Hypermarket at 4-5 pm as agreed. One of the donators kindly lend us a big van where we loaded all the bags on and drove off to KELE CAMP in Jeleb Ali Industrial Area. We were 4 men and 4 women, I was hoping that more would attend this amazing work to experience the joy of giving a bag to someone who looks you back in the eyes and gives you a smile that says more than a 1000 words. The whole give away process didnt take more than 15 mins. As soon as we reached the camp the security manager of the camp helped us to put out two long tables in the back of the van. We all got into position (girls in the van offloading, the men on the ground giving out the bags to the workers across the tables). The bags were pretty heavy for us ladies and would have appreciated if more men could join for future events. Their strength is needed :) The men were lined up and most of the bags where given out very smoothly. However, the last minute there was a little bit of a rouse between the workers cause people started to cut the lines. This was mostly cause they start seeing we are running out of bags and everyone wanted to reach for the last ones. Otherwise all of them where civilized and polite.
