A STEWARD/ESS/COOK POSITION ON BOARD 96FT MOTOR YACHT (AUSTRALIAN FLAGGED) (Private) A 96FT motor yacht both private is currently searching for Steward/ess/Cook to join their crew 3. The yacht is currently in Cairns Island. The crew-member will need to be between the ages of 20-45 years old. The candidate will need to be well presented and have a good attitude and is prepared to work as a good team member. Good eye to detail and a strong knowledge within the interior department Have strong cooking skills, must have strong table service skills, will need to be a well organised person with a calm attitude. Be clean and tidy in the Galley. The type of food you will be required to cook is as follows: Seafood, steak, healthy salads, Asian stir fries, just all-round good healthy food. Not only taste good but also look good. (Good quality food that is well presented). ITINERARY: Cairns, Whitsunday islands and the South Pacific QUALIFICATIONS: STCW95, stewardess training or has worked on super yachts before. Strong knowledge in table service and a good strong knowledge in cooking. Healthy family food. Must have cooked on yachts before.
