A SYSTEM outage that affected Roads and Maritime Services (formerly RTA) transactions was resolved Wednesday evening. All services are now available online and at Service NSW centres. Some motor registries will be open for extended hours to help deal with outstanding transactions. Details of the extended hours of Roads and Maritime registries are available on the RMS website. Service NSW centres are available from 7am to 7pm. Full online services are expected to be available now. Any customer who has been adversely affected by the outage should contact the Customer Service Centre on 13 22 13.
