A Shiekh Related this story I will relate to you a story of a young man, O young brothers and sisters of this ummah, By Allah this story is certain im about to tell you, and the people who relate it to me witnessed it, A few months ago the authorities wanted to complete and extend the road to others cities. The road was extended through some towns until the company intrusted with the project reached a town called shumran. When they reached this town shumran, the project has to stop because of an old cemetery was in the way of the project, the old cemetery blocked the project of extending the road.The company went to the courts in the town of shumran to get approval to relocate the cemetery. O respected ones.... The scholars gave the fatwa/ authorization to relocate the cemetery, the last person who was buried in this cemetery was 30yrs ago... they got permission from all the relatives of the deceased and the councils of authorities so they can remove the graves and relocate them to the new cemetery, they started to remove the graves one by one all the while they could only smell a foul smell and see fragile bones during the removing of the graves, the last person buried there was 30yrs ago, they came to a grave and while digging up the dirt....O dear ones, By Allah, they were digging up this grave until they reached the person and then stopped, They stood back and they all started to make Takbeer, they saw the deseased person in the grave still in his shroud as if it has not changed at all, white and the smell was nice and pleasant as if he has just being buried. They took him out of his grave while they all making takbeer, O Allah! Allahu Akbar! who was this person who was placed in this grave? they took him out from the grave. They uncovered his shroud to see his face and the ones standing there knew him, they said this is so and so the son of so and so who died before 30yrs ago. By Allah his face wan not changed, and his body was the same, he didnt change and his shroud didnt change,. They carried him and took him to his father, they knocked on the door of his fathers house, he uncovered his face and placed him on his lap, he started staring at his son and making takbeer to Allah and then he said, O Allah, how mighty you are, after 30 yrs you return my son to me without him being changed? you return him to me without him being changed. They carried him and relocated him and they went back to the father asking him. They asked the father, By Allah how did your son die? what was the cause for him not to change after 30yrs in the grave? after 30yrs and he still smells nice and pleasant as if he was buried today or a few days. Listen O young ones who have neglected the prayer, he said by Allah, if i know my son he was never late but he would hear the adhan and would be in the first row.... By Allah if i know my son, there was never a time i came to wake him up for fajr, but i would find him awake, and he would make wudu and go to pray fajr, By Allah my son died protecting his prayers, caring and looking after his prayers, it is for this reason, his body did not change By Allah, we will not be successful or benefit unless it is by religion/islam and obedience and worship to Allah, the tv or satellite,world cup, selected websites will not benefit us, we wont benefit if our hearts are attached to other than Allah, we will not benefit unless our hearts are attached to Allah SWT and obedience and worship to Allah I ask Allah to make our hearts attached to him, Ameen!
