A Short Story.. from about 3 years ago, proving I get involved in the shit first! It is a The Mexican Horse Thief thing. Bummer. :} Loraine Liebenberg and Kelly Pretorius. It got worse from here. It started of with a phone call from a man called Andre. I had seen him on the rhino sites and saw that he was an ex-soldier too. He called and asked me a few questions about myself and my ideas on an APU, particularly how it would operate. Then asked what my situation was at present. I told him exactly how shitty it was. He said I must be patient he wants to think about some things and will get back to me, and not to mention that he had contacted me. That should have warned me, but with the problem of the poaching syndicates watching the net and what the save the rhino people were doing secrecy was needed, to a point. I at this stage made contact with my ex-girlfriend from school days again. She had found me on facebook a couple of years back, we were supposed to meet for coffee sometime but this never happened. Susan saw I was back in Gauteng and asked if we could meet, as she worked in Bedfordview she could come through and we could meet at Arts on Main. Susan. .......... Andre phoned a few more times and asked me to join him in starting an APU, he called it A Little Village. I agreed, as I do not belong in a city and I still wanted to try and help the rhino. I fed this info to Gail, who was also under attack from the Palala Witches. She was re-thinking about her involvement in this whole shady business. I joined Andre’s sites and contributed a few articles to his page. At this stage I had a pretty high profile in the anti-poaching crowd and many people followed me in joining A Little Village. Andre at this point was promising me that, within a week or two he would pick me up and we would have a unit in the Tzaneen area. He spoke a good story, he had contacts in the Green Scorpions and had a whole bunch of his ex-comrades from 32Bn ready to go. I would be the only member that was not an ex-32 person, this made my instinct prick, I chose to ignore it.
