A Skullinary Delight for You! Rump Roast 3 lb. rump, cut into large cubes, remove fat 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. red wine 1 1/2 c. tomatoes, canned or fresh 1 large onion, quartered 10 small red or white potatoes, peeled 2 cloves garlic pepper to taste Put meat and salt into a pot, add red wine, cover. Roast in a preheated 350° oven for 1 3/4 hours. Add vegetables and garlic. Cover, continue cooking for 1 hour or until all ingredients are tender. Pepper to taste. Serves 8.
