Jerry has discussed our situation at length with the members of the board, both as a group and individually. He has asked that each of the groups on this calendar look at other options as far as meeting space, since we are still not able to give a specific date for our re-open. Additionally, as part of a “we” program, let’s interact to find not only a temporary solution- but a permanent one. We ask that you help in our search for a suitable club and meeting facility, we ask that you help us up to and including scheduling an appointment with a leasing agent to find out specifics on each potential property. Once you have seen the property in question- we’re looking for 2,000 square feet of space and enough parking to accommodate around 75-80 vehicles. Rent needs to be $2500 per month, possibly a little more, but not much- once you have seen details that will fit roughly in those specifics, contact us and we’ll schedule a walk through with the management and board members to determine if we have found something suitable. This is the message that Jerry asked to have posted and shared… I would like to take this time to apologize to the members and groups of the Primary Purpose Family Recovery Club for the inconvenience that has been caused by the temporary closing of the club. We will do everything possible to get the club open as soon as we can. At this time we don’t know if it will be at the present location or a new one. Wherever it is we hope that we can count on having you all back to support the efforts to carry the message. Also, many thanks for your support during this difficult time. And a special thank you to Ron Parr and Patrick and the board of directors for all their efforts and continued support. We will keep you posted and hope to see you soon.
