A Special New Year’s Blessing from Fr. Bob Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own insight.In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6 (NRSV)) As we thank God for the New Year and His gift of all its promise, I pray that you receive this opportunity with an open heart. We know that God is always ready to forgive us. Help us to be willing to forgive ourselves and to forgive one another. Let us live in the goodness that comes from doing what God wants us to do. This way, we can shake off our anxiety about the future and the past, so that we might live in peace with Him this day and every day, and for eternity.
