A Spiritual Journey I am embarking on a journey; there is no Yellow brick road, yet the road I travel Is a lonely one, still the road I left behind, was full of hills and valleys. Many traveled the same road, staying up late at night, drinking without end, yet when their money ran out so did my so-called friends. Funny how when you choice the road less traveled, people tend not to treat you the same, but when you leave behind the mediocrity and the apathy. A personal relationship develop between you and God is worth going through the obstacles and the pursuit of happiness comes when your thoughts, actions, and behavior are like Christ. As I embark on my journey, He assures me He will always be there. The enemy continually through my conscious tries to make me deny Him. I walk the road less traveled, daily and spiritually I raise the bar, on what I expect of myself, holding myself to the highest standard, that I might be pleasing to God. The journey I pursue is a lonely one, yet there are many people that travel the road demanding more and settling for less. Remember this, “I would rather be late at the Golden Gate than to arrive at Hell on time. It is never too late to change, by Gods Grace Start your Journey today!
