A Story of MUSLIM.. Then one Man go to the on Hajj I was wondering did any Shia go on Hajj this year? and were they able to perform the full ritual? A friend of mine returned from Hajj today and he was telling me how him and this shia guy became friends and walked together until they came to a check post or something (outside Mecca i think) where the Saudi guards stopped them (in particular - letting others pass) and began questioning them saying "Muhammed.... ?" and my friend replied "Sulilahi walay wasalum"then he said "Abu Bakr... ?" and my friend replied "Raziallah Anum" then the Guard asks "Omar...?" and my friend replied RA - he says OK you can go on and then turns to the shia... He asks the Shia guy "Muhammad...?" and the Shia replies "Ya Muhammad", he then asks him "Abu Bakar..?" and at first the shia was silent so he asks him again and he says "Ya Muhammad" and he asks him "Omar?" and he says "Yah Muhammad" - so the Saudi Guard began shouting "your Hajj is not Valid! Your Hajj is not valid!" (in Arabic) so the shia was turned away - when my friend asked how he could do this and why they stopped them in particular the Saudi Guard goes "because they (shias) are grave worshippers and they will begin performing all sorts of Bidah etc" - when my friend persisted he was told to move along and not ask too many questions -
