FISH STEW; Fish fillets in a tomato and coconut cream sauce, with spring onions peppers and parsley. ITAL CURRY; Based on a Rastafarian recipe, a mixed vegetable curry with squash, aubergine, cabbage, carrots, beans, plantain, allspice, peppers and thyme in a coconut cream sauce.
