GOD has bestowed us a brave, courageous and humane leader at a time we needed him the most, he has been with his people all the way and never will turn back on them, I qoute I have to go, I want to be with them, this is the time they needed me the most, I have to be there to share their grief even if it will cost me my life statements of Governor Kashim shettima on a about to be halted trip to one of the affected areas of insugency. Of all the incidences, in which Borno lost more than fiftheen hundred souls, properties worth billions destroyed, many have been abducted prior to that of chibok but yet Mr President visited us only ones of which he insulted us all, salting our wounds and left. We in Borno had our fare share of pre and post colonial wars and crises but emerged stronger after all, we were never been detared, and never will be. Mr Johnathan intended to visit only Chibok this morning casting away other recently hit areas of Gamboru Ngala, Gwoza, Bama, konduga et al was perceived to be political. His postponement didnt come to us as a surprise, becouse he never intended to visit us for good but only to boot us and gain cheap popularity. His media aide was not ashmed of reporting that the president never intended to visit Chibok while his protocol aides, securities, and his motorocade were in Maiduguri, security men and women were all sighted on the streets of Maiduguri. Please you should stop fooling Nigerians, we have had enough of your insults. Borno is in the hands of GOD and its brave people. Your visit have no meaning to us. Borno Shall Rise Again!!
