A Team from Media Experts is in Chile with Habitat For Humanitys Global Village Initiative to help with renovations to the homes of deserving children. Nayarit is a 12 year old Chilean girl with Renal Failure who desperately needs a kidney transplant and her mom is set to be her donor, however she lives in a home with 10 relatives (siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents and her mom). Her home is primarily put together with recycled goods, for example using a beds headboard in place of a railing on the stairs. Based on the condition of the home, the hospital has refused to do the transplant operation until its suitable for Nayarits recovery. The team spent the day in demolition mode, completely gutting the main floor, which unfortunately resulted in uncovering multiple nests of spiders!
