A Testimony, A Simple Prayer. I got home tired from work and driving practically the whoOole day. GOD has been so Faithful & Generous, giving me a small cute 12 Sq.m. office soOo near our house and Pasay City Hall (mga 2 tumblings lng when i have hearings), & a 2nd-hand car that my loving Brother ;) lends me the past 3 wks to help me get around & meet my Clients. Dr.Sy, a good Friend, took time off from his clinic & accompanied me to get office furniture/equipment, cute cups & saucers for my coffee-addiction and Guests. My Dad, in his almost mid-60s, still wanting to do the work ourselves, helped me put lights, cut and lay down the linoleum on the floor (we were so cute crouching, kneeling, measuring, crawling, cutting.. shouldve taken pics). Uncle Anson, also a very good Friend, dropped by to introduce me to Volunteer Friends from Pasay Fire Brigade who could help me in the future. My Shobe Architect drew a floor plan & ofc design. Fiscal, a truly great Friend, accompanied me to check out fixtures for the interior. My Mom & Papa Joe also sent so much help to fund and start-up my profession. Ate Olive & Ate Joy, Sisters-in-Christ also sent blessings. The rest of the expenses, I earned from my first 2 months of Law Practice... My Prayer: When I got home forgetting to buy take out dinner, I found & heated up leftover rice and 3 pcs. of tuyo in the fridge from maybe 3 days ago. I broke it and said, THANK YOU LORD for fish from You!!! (Side Comment: But sana pla bumili man lng ko ng BBQ or inasal. I couldnt finish my rice coz theres no more ulam). STILL, This is from You Lord, may You multiply it. THANK YOU LORD IM SO FILLED TO OVERFLOWING!!! And then Voilà!!! My thoughtful Brother dropped by just to bring food, soOoo much fooOood, with bola-bola, shomai, shanghai, sinigang, and so much more rice! Then he left (i didnt even expect hed come coz hes so busy with his own business, sleeping at his motor shop so he could be there early & he could work til late. May lahi kami ng masisipag. Praise GOD!). Thank you Shoti Frank! Luvya mwah! ;) Two months ago i was crying out to GOD for an ofc, a car, a home. Now, I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE THAN ALL OF THESE. Thank you! To all who have been praying with me, adopted me, mentored me, guided me ever since Law School, Bar Review, Results, when i passed, and when i came back from the US struggling at the start, wanting to go back... GOD gets me through with Peace & Trust & Hope, and I get by with so much Joy, having all of you!!! I thank God for each one of you, & I never forget you in my prayers, its the least and the most I could do. GREAT THINGS DO START FROM SMALL BEGINNINGS. (To the one Im quoting, Thank you also for the encouragement & constant chats to make me laugh/smile. You know who you are ;) I really really appreciate it!) Thank You LORD for all that Youve done, all that You continue to do, and all that I have yet to see. I praise You in advance for those Declarations of Blessings Im claiming and believing for, in FAITH. In Jesus Name. Amen! Im so in love with You! Whatever You give me, Whatever You take away, JESUS, Blessed be Your Name!
