A Trail of Blessings: When an animal leaves us they leave a trail of blessings behind them, some wrapped in pretty bows to be opened later and some left unwrapped laying out for the whole world to see. Dukey left an enormous blessing unwrapped. The blessing of strength and purpose. He connected his friend and photographer to her purpose, he connected his mom to her strength of will, he connected his dad to a loving support system, he connected his friend and groomer to self belief and appreciation, he connected me to a deeper understanding of the peace I bring people and animals and he connected the rest of the world to his story so they could release, heal, and FEEL emotions from their own life experiences. He connected the world to their SOUL, their JOY, and their LOVE for life that they so deeply appreciate. Animals never stop sprinkling gifts in our path even after theyre gone. They constantly let us know how valuable and amazing we are whether we choose to believe them or not. They came here to inspire us to be the light we came here to be.They came here to support us through each and every transition. They are masters of SUPPORT and LOVE who know how to give and receive such gifts. They have come here to help us have faith and trust in our ability to BE the same. The gentle acceptance and understanding of an animal coupled with the determination and passion of a human sure make one hell of a team.
