A UNIQUE AFRICAN AMERICAN PHENOMENON that dampened my personal kwanzaa candle is when I attended a kwanzaa event in the suburbs and negros unashamedly skewered their kwanzaa with christmas paraphanelia. They handed out bought gifts at the end, managed to skip a few principles, mispronounced half of them and served a plethora of traditional american plates with no mention of any issues that affected the community that the nguzo saba addresses. This is why my left eyebrow is lower than my right and i growl when i sarcastically say the word Great. ~w
