A Umrah during Ramadan the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most - TopicsExpress

A Umrah during Ramadan the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. According to Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased), Oum Souleym (raa) came to the Prophet (Allahs prayer and salvation be upon him) and said: Abu Talha and son are left to the hajj and they let me. The Prophet (Allahs prayer and salvation be upon him) said: O Umm Souleym! A Umrah during Ramadan is equivalent to Hajj with me (*). (Reported by Ibn Hibban in his Sahih 3699 and authenticated by Sheikh Albani in Sahih Targheeb No. 1118) (*) This means that the person doing Umrah during the month of Ramadan gets the same reward that made a pilgrimage with the Messenger of Allah (Allahs prayer and salvation be upon him) but that does not mean it will be delivered to the pilgrimage is the fifth pillar of Islam.
