A VERY HUMBLE AND HONEST FACT WHICH I HAVE WITNESSED: Particularly at UP, Bihar, MP, Chattisgarh, Delhi and West Bengal, that, the General Mass have more Confidence on touts and brokers and willing to pay Rs. 500/- ++ Extra Per Ticket in General. Despite knowing and having Internet facilities all across, they feel that, booking through a tout and broker will yield them better cadre and privileges. If have physically and practically seen and witnessed, you tell them, that, for any official Que and line, that, here you are getting without any Extra Charge and/or Brokerage and Bribe, be it Jobs, Medical, Tickets or anything under PDS system, the entire-entire mass do not have faith, but, you tell them in the backside of the same compound, somebody is charging Extra unofficially and giving the tickets or seats, etc., EVEN THOUGH THE QUE IS LONGER, THEY HAVE THE FAITH IN OPTING FOR OPTION-2 for paying BRIBE and BROKERAGES, though you guarantee them that, in the Regular Que and PDS the objects are easily available, but, ALAS! Unfortunately, that is the level of CORRUPTION, which has deep-rooted in our annals and its very difficult to remain. We need to constantly, RUN ANOTHER MASSIVE DRIVE Against Bribes and Corruption in these areas. Ticket-less travel is considered as privilege in especially UP, Bihar, MP and Chattisgarh and suburbs or Delhi and Haryana, TTEs, Conductors, etc., are afraid and scared of checking or asking for tickets, albeit, most of the times, there is no system of checking. Carrying Kattas/Pistols/Guns is a normal phenomenon when you travel into interiors. I heard, people talking that, they encourage young ones, that, Arey raat me ja rahe ho, apne saath me Samaan (weapon) kuch rakh lo, is very common. Such disgusting state is the law and order. albeit MP and Chattisgarh is far better, but, even there too, a high level NAXAL infestation is predominantly existing and local links are deep rooted. WE NEED TO SPREAD A STRONG WAVE AGAINST ALL THE ANTI SOCIALS AND ANTI-NATIONALS. THERE NEEDS TO BE ANOTHER MASSIVE WAVE AGAINST CORRUPTION.
