A VERY RELUCTANT SALE!! wife is doing what ever she can! My husband has had no work for the month of January apart from charity work which believe it or not does not pay the bills or put food on the table. Many many organisations keep asking us for our services and time all free off charge because it is a charity and they have no budget. Then please dont ask us with out thinking first or small gratitude of thanks because if we asked you to take 8 hours out of your working week to come and do stuff for us and not get payed not many of you would have said sure no problem!! Well entertainment is our job but it is not 9-5 and is during our family time also. So here I am the wife parting with my one thing that keeps me sane because I am desperate and we always do what ever we can to make sure our children are not affected by a tough situation. Here is a hot spring spa pool which is in excellent working order. The shell is in fantastic condition and all jets and pumps working ( light bulb just blew on me the other day ) Heater all works well and is also very cheep to run approx $25 a month if left on all the time. This spa is approx 11 years old. The outer woodwork could do with some restraining and love and care ( great project with some marine ply etc and the cover no longer locks but still works well . You may wish to buy a new one. I am asking for $2000 or near offer these are over $20,000 new for this model. Please dont be afraid to make an offer. You are more than welcome to view and try before you buy. A good little income if in a spot sheltered and private as you can charge $10 per couple for half - hour. Anyway happy to answer any questions. Oh also comes with all chemicals and cleaners etc enough for 6 months worth.
