A Virginia woman and two men have been charged with malicious wounding and child abuse after her two children were tattooed and attempts were then made to remove the tattoos. Melissa Delp, 35, and her boyfriend, Daniel Janney, 32, were charged after Janney attempted to remove the tattoos from Delps daughters with a hot razor blade at their Concord home. Police say family friend Alexander Edwards tattooed the girls without their consent or the consent of their parents. Edwards, 20, also is charged with abduction. Read more: wj.la/LlSSe6
