CPAP machines often have hard-to-find filters that can be easy to forget. Also, CPAP masks generally have very delicate cushions and components that require specific cleaning techniques. No wonder both new and experienced CPAP users might be confused about the best way to clean and maintain their PAP equipment. We’ll offer some general tips and little-known facts about CPAP maintenance for our CPAP users. The February A.W.A.K.E. meeting will be held on Do you or someone you know suffer from sleep problems? If so, you are encouraged to attend this support group meeting. A.W.A.K.E. meetings are normally held the first Monday of each month. Free sleep evaluations are completed by at each meeting a registered technologist. A.W.A.K.E. is a free community service sponsored by the Parrish Sleep Disorders Center.
