A WALK IN HEAVEN I remember the day that my life stood still, I saw Angels coming for me over the hills, Their wings spread far flying among the sky, I knew right then it was my time to die, My body shivered as I took my last breath, I was half way gone in and out of life as I accepted death My heart beat slower as I heard my wife crying ask God why, I told her that I love her as I said my goodbyes. I opened my eyes to see this beautiful place, How beautiful it is and warmth to my face, Everyone singing with voices of love, To my left I couldnt help but to notice this one white dove, It watched me as I took each step closer to the bright light, I saw a golden book that read my book of life, I saw a Angel give me this perfect smile, He said welcome to Heaven my Gods child, The pain of Hurt no longer exist, I still felt my wife pain as she gave me my last kiss, I looked back to see if shes still there, The Angel said: She loved you with her heart your wife really cared I told him shes all alone now our son passed away when he was eleven, The Angel said: Youre home with your son calling home Heaven I saw my son with a look of still the same, Welcome to Heaven father he called out my name, Our embrace was magical as I heard angels sing I saw an Angel writing in my dairy of life making this sudden change, I love you father my son told me then I saw this bright beam. I walked through Heaven to see so many beautiful things Closed my eyes to wake up holding my wife hand as if its a dream I saw Heaven I told my wife but I have this life to fulfilled, I cried knowing I wasnt alone when I saw the movie Heaven Is For Real?
