A WWII veteran has arrived in France for the 70th commemoration of D-Day. Sherwin Callander, who turned 94 today, fought in the Navy but didn’t have any documents to prove his American citizenship and had trouble getting a passport. 2wsb.tv/1l6ZNGn Monday morning he got his certificate of citizenship and his passport here in Atlanta before hopping on the plane to France at Hartsfield-Jackson.
