A Waterville woman has returned $4,379 to the Waterville High School associated student body fund after pleading guilty Monday to embezzling the money, according to a press release from the state Attorney General’s Office. Rachel E. Poppie, 39, has pleaded guilty to third-degree theft, according to the press release. In addition to restitution, she paid $1,045 in investigative fees.
