A Waynesville Ohio man is dead after his vehicle overturned on I-71 in Gallatin County.Gallatin County Sheriff Josh Neale says they responded to an accident at the 67 mile marker around 8:30 Sunday morning. When police arrived they found 59-year-old Ralph Purdue had gone off of the interstate and overturned his vehicle. The coroner pronounced Purdue dead at the scene.Neale says a witness told them they saw Purdue’s vehicle spin out of control before going off the roadway and overturning. He says they are unsure if the rain played any role in the accident and are awaiting toxicology and autopsy reports before releasing any more information. Kentucky State Police out of Frankfort responded to a one vehicle accident on I-64.It happened around 2:30pm Saturday afternoon. Dispatchers say that a single vehicle overturned on the interstate.Westbound I-64 was shut down for over an hour while crews came out to clear the scene.One person was transfered to the University of Louisville for unknown injuries.
