A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect through 10 AM Thursday as strong Northwest Winds gust to up to 30 mph. Sustained winds between 10-20 mph are creating wind chill values that make it feel like the single digits for much of the morning. Air temperatures will begin in the middle teens to around 20 at the coast but the wind chill is whats most important to pay attention to. Full sunshine today will only push high temperatures to 32-35, and with the breeze, which will abate by this afternoon, it will still feel below freezing all day across the state. Tonight will be very cold also, however wind chills will not be as extreme, with lows falling to 19-22 under partly cloudy sky. Friday will be mostly sunny and highs rebound to the upper 40s before a dry cold front moves in Friday night.
