A Word of Encouragement! Continued devotion to God in spite of suffering and difficult circumstances involves unswerving faith and belief that God is in total control. There is a story of two birds that one day sat upon a telephone wire observing humanity. As the birds watched the humans frantically run to and fro attempting to meet their needs, one bird said to the other one, Whats wrong with them? Why do they look so out of control? Why is there so much chaos and despair? The other bird responded: I dont know. They must not have a Heavenly Father like us to taken care of all their needs. As we face life and all its difficulties, it is imperative that we remember that we have a Heavenly Father who remains in control even in the face of tribulation and suffering. Matthew 6:24-34
