Fun is creating and making something happen (there is no failure in life = only results). Create the results in your life that you want - you cant fail because if your MOVING then your succeeding (because) your going in the right direction. Direction leads to DESTINY. So you cant fail if you just MOVE. Get up and start moving - whatever your goal in life is, whatever your passion in life is - MAKE your move and start moving! Build a RICHER Champions Mindset The biggest motor activity is our thinking. Novelty is the way to get the brains attention. Talking, thinking, planning - this makes the brain work. Dont get triangulated (Vary the movement - force your brain to work add novelty to your winning routine) when your brain works, you build connections. Add some fun and novelty to your daily training routines. Arnold says he had fun training in the GYM because he knew every session he had was getting him closer in the direction to his goals (every training session should involve more than the body - but the mind, elevate your mood by knowing your succeeding by training) - you dont have to wait to feel like a success until after the training.
