A Zimbabwean security guard would work and use the meagre salary to study and get himself a degree, for example an Honours degree, then come to South Africa to occupy a cushy position. A South African security guard would work, and from the meagre salary get many girlfriends, buy clothes from Guess, Amani, Polo, and thus incur large expenses. As such would approch employer to increase his salary, otherwise march to the streets and lay down their tools.
