A bad food experience Aarthi Krishnaswami writes: (From Chennai Food Guide group) We had a bad experience recently. We are vegetarians and ordered 2 veggie pizzas from Dominos adyar. While eating I happened to notice something which we were pretty sure wasnt vegetarian. We thought it could be pepperoni based on the images we saw on the home delivery menu. We called Dominos and without even seeing what it was they declared it was Soya. Finally they had the shift manager sent over who confirmed that it was just chicken. How does that matter right coz we are just brahmins who are strictly vegetarian. We took a pic of the pizza and printed it out asking the shift manager to sign on It. He refused. After getting a few contacts we spoke to a Mr. Murugadas who abused us and said we were holding his man hostage. He did not have the basic courtesy to even apologize. We need some guidance on how we can file a consumer complaint. Any help is welcome.
