A balancing act! When the client sent me the design of this cake, I was in total awe, I was super excited to do it! But the balancing of the ballerina shoes on the top gave me sleepless nights,These are completely edible sugarpaste ballerina, a tiny mistake or nudge and they can fall apart! These shoes were a whooping 6.5 inches tall :O So until the cake was delivered today, we took care of these edible shoes like a baby! When delivered , the client pondered, and asked how did you balance them? :D , some designs are so sophisticated, and this is definitely one of them. It was a crazy cake to make TBH!
